The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (MN DEED), Workforce Development Division, is an innovator in comprehensive employment services for candidates and employers.  Mateffy & Company partnered with MN DEED to create standardized training for all staff that aligns with the Workforce System goals and mission.

The training focuses on the skill sets required to serve any customer that contacts a Workforce Center.  It is competency based, which requires staff to demonstrate their mastery of the knowledge and skills.  Completing the program certifies all staff working in the reception and resources areas to ensure uniformity across the state.  The on-line program also provides ease of training and certification of existing and newly hired staff.  The program has enriched the customer experience at every Workforce Center and strengthened the labor exchange system.
